Care Fees from £739 per week inclusive of VAT

Agency Fees:

Agency Fees are calculated at £198.00 per week inc VAT

Agency fees do not change with bank holidays

Constantia Home Care also offers the following:

  • No sign-up Fee
  • No notice period required
  • A face-to-face assessment can be done at an additional cost of £100

For the agency fee Constantia Home Care Ltd will provide the Client with:

  • A fully vetted carer who has up to date training, a valid DBS and at least two confirmed references and the experience required for the booking. Additional training will be given to the carer for specific needs, should this be required.
  • A dedicated care coordinator who will manage all of your care bookings, she will make regular contact with the client ensuring there are no issues and that the carer does not require a break.
  • Detailed care profiles of our carers and clients ensuring that we are able to profile our carers to possible placements; ensuring person centered care is provided.
  • The client will be sent up to 3 profiles of carers who the agency feels have the most suitable skill set to meet the needs for the position, ensuring choice at all times.
  • The carers will be trained in-house ensuring the highest quality of care is being offered at all times.
    Should the needs of the client change a free re-assessment can be done and advice given on how to move forward.
    Should the client feel the need to move to a more managed regulated service – this will be seamless and carry no additional charge other than the new agreed fee structure that comes with the regulated service.
    Reassurance that if the carer needed to leave for any reason, Constantia Home Care Ltd will replace the carer within 48 hours.
    A manned 24 hour, 7 days a week emergency contact number will be available to the client and the carer.
    This service can continue through to Palliative care as the carers will all be fully trained in this area.
    A cost effective alternative to Care homes.

Carers Rate Structure:

Bank holidays as stated on our booking forms are payable at twice the daily rate. In addition to a client’s personal care needs, domestic and other household arrangements are taken into account when determining the daily rate.

The carer is self-employed and responsible for his/her own Tax and N.I. payments. Carers payments are exempt from VAT.

Carers will invoice the client directly on a weekly basis as agreed on the booking form sent by the agency.

  • At a basic level our carers will assist the client with the running of their household and help with a limited level of assistance. This may include:
  • Assisting with meal preparation
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Companionship
  • Light household duties.

TIER 2 - PRICES FROM
£ 115 per Day
  • This includes all aspects of basic level care as well as increasing the level of care for those clients who require a greater degree of care; in order to remain in their own homes. This will include:
  • Dementia Care
  • Continence Care
  • Hoisting

TIER 3 - PRICES FROM
£ 127 per Day
  • This includes all aspects of tier 1 and 2 and will then be dependent on the care requirements of the Clients.
  • The rate will be agreed during the phone or face to face assessment.

Travel Expenses

Travel Expenses incurred by the carer are payable by the client. The cost of travel will be agreed on the booking from prior to the placement commencing.

Night Calls

£10.00 per call – Should the client require help during the hours of 11:00pm – 6:00am a £10.00 charge will be included in the carers invoice to the client.

 

Bank Holidays

Bank holidays as stated on our booking forms are payable at twice the daily rate. The weekly agency fees will not be effected by bank holidays.

Agency fees per carer

£198.00 incl. of VAT – per week

Cancellation of the service

1 weeks’ notice is required to cancel the service.

Assessment Fee

There will be no charge for a phone or zoom assessment. Face to face assessments will be charged at £100.00 +VAT

Release Fee

Should a client wish to engage a carer permanently, the carer having previously been introduced by Constantia Home Care, a Release Fee of £3,100.00 plus VAT will be charged.
